Jack the rip off is dysfunctional

Horrible work. After over charging and telling us all this extra stuff was needed for our roof. The roof still leaked and was leaking more. They tried to charge us even more to come back and fix the roof even though they never fixed to begin with. How do dysfunctional companies like this stay in business. I would go with someone else
