I hired these guys and they charge you when they use their own wet vac. I had to ask them to leave when they wanted to charge me $860 bucks for a water heater that costs $280 dollars at home depot. My water heater broke. I cleaned up the spill. All they did was shut the water off. $280 bucks later they were gone. They did NOTHING!! They charge you for gas to get to your place. They charge $75 bucks and hour, they charge you for the wet vac, its rediculous. I had enough of their crap and called my friend who gave me the name of another guy who was affordable honest and who wont charge me three hundred percent what a part is worth.‎

In the 10 years we've owned this home, we've had on-going plumbing problems. Earlier today, there was a melt down on the whole east side of the house! I googled a plumbing company in Hollywood and saw the reviews for JW. Our tech Jose was a great guy. Got to work quick and I learned quite a bit about the layout of our plumbing and other details! Great personality and service with the office staff as well! Pricing and response time was great. I highly recommend this company as they seem like real straight-shooters who take pride in their customer service! If I ever have an issue again, they'll be the only ones I'd call! Thank you!‎

Called them on a saturday morning and they were here in about an hour. Great price, excellent service. Also fixed shower head for more pressure without charging us. Excellent company!! Super nice and super clean.‎
