These folks are like your neighbors or friends. Everything they say they will do, they do it. They are so honest. No hard pushy selling tactics. Everyone is polite and clean looking, unlike other folks we had in the past. Our driveway is a difficult driveway to get into according to the "other" propane company, but J S West gets in and out with no problems or complaints whatsoever.
We had switched from Amerigas (which we found high in price and dishonest) and JS West handled the switchout smoothly and we did not have to be troubled.
