I hired J. P. Lindstrom, Inc to remodel my bathroom in my 1926 vintage house. They did such a good job that my bathroom was one of several bathrooms featured in the newest Sunset Magazine’s Bathroom Book, published October 2008. They were very helpful in my design layout decisions and suggestions for colors and materials. They were clean and efficient. They do first class work. They remodeled my garage, laundry area and family room in conjunction with the bathroom and upgraded everything to current code. The results were so good, that later I hired them again the following year to remodel my kitchen. I now have the custom kitchen I should have had 12 years ago when I bought my house!

I called this business on referral from my Realtor to do a small remodel on our kitchen in order to put it up for sale. I thoroughly explained to the receptionist what we were interested in doing and was assured that Jeff did that sort of job. I left a call back number to set up an appt. w/ Jeff Lindstrom the owner of the business. After a week and a half nobody called back so I called them and casually was told that my name and number and been "lost in a stack". That should have been my first warning to stop there! I spoke w/ Jeff on the phone (and again explained that my job was small: granite counter tops, hardware on existing cabinets and new flooring) who was rude and gruff. We (against my better judgment at this point) arranged a day to meet in order to obtain an estimate. From the moment he walked into my house (15 mins late) he was rude and disrespectful. He basically stated that my kitchen was not worth his time and that he didn't do "this kind of job". I explained that I had been very clear from the start exactly what kind of work we wanted done. Finally I just said fine thank you for your time and he left. I have NEVER dealt with such a rude man in my whole life! I highly recommend that nobody even give this man a chance to give you an estimate, he is not worth your precious time!
