Worst yet in South Florida
As rude as I've encountered in south Florida. Customer service was absolutely appalling. They sent me one bill, which I had paid, but claimed that another bill was sent for a separate policy and canceled this policy without any notification. After asking to speak to the owner/manager the phone rep refused to do so. Then they never sent a bill for the remaining policy. Which was fine by me, since quite obviously J & A tenting could not be relied upon to fulfill any type of contract.
