Michelle Kramer is the most unprofessional director that I have ever come across meeting. This center is a lot better then the center on 7th ave, but if it wasn't for her Assistant Director Jessica the Pershing center would be just as bad. The assistant director of the 7th ave center is 20 year old who knows nothing about child care but plays it off like she does. Baillie has been with IYAH for a long time but is still unknowable about children. I have walked into both centers to pick up my children and saw Baillie doing nothing at all. Michelle never returns any of my calls and then when I do reach her she tells me that she was unaware of me calling. She over charges for her services, and because of her managing she has the BIGGEST turn over rate in the city. NO ONE IS ABLE TO GET ALONG WITH HER. DO not take your children here!

This center is amazing. They care for and love our children! They do a fabulous job! My children are happy and the place is clean and safe! I can go to work each day knowing my babies are happy and well taken care of. They learn a great deal here! On top of everything else. 2 thumbs up from us! THANK YOU IYAH!

This center is awful!! Please for the safty of your children think twice about bring your child here. The owner is dishonest and does a very good job at sugar coating thing. The business is not run well and has a very hard time holding on to employes, meaning your child could be stuck with a new teacher everyday. thank you.
