Shop failed to give me a written copy of he estimate as required by State Law. Felt as if the guy writing the order was trying to find a way to rip me off, but couldn't because my problem was so simple. I won't ever go back and you shouldn't go to them either.

The service is great. I needed a timing belt replaced and the mechanic who worked on it finished the entire job in a only a an hours time. Good work guys!

I can't believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Without pressure, a mechanic will honestly tell me the problem with my car, give me a fair (cheaper than most all auto shops I have ever visited) estimate, and honestly tell me the amount of time I have to fix the problem- whether or not I have the repair done at their shop! I have had my brakes changed at this auto shop before and I can honestly say that they have used only the top of the line brake pads- Volvo S40 OEM. I know- I checked it out! As a chick, I trust this place. Also, check out the bathrooms- clouds everywhere. They incorporate the island theme through-out the entire shop- the fresh pastries and Kona coffee in the waiting room is to die for! I think the owner is Hawaiian or something.

I have to admit I don't know much about cars so it's important to trust a mechanic. This is the only place I've taken my car and really felt ripped off. Island Tires replaced my struts brake pads and I had to replace both within a year. My new mechanic said the products installed from Island Tire were bad.
