The owner of the shop (Dale) is present and makes most of the phone calls when dealing with him. I found him to be honest and reasonable. He mentioned to me he likes to treat people the way he would like to be treated and I think he does just that. I have taken several of my vehicles to him and I have never had a problem. The last truck I took in asked for service he called me back within an hour and said the transmission doesn't need servicing for at least a year. I will be seeing him every time I have a transmission issue with one of my vehicles and I would recommend you do the same. Thank you for a great service Dale!‎
