Service Excellence at Irvine BMW-Kudos...‎

I just want to write a note to thank you for having THE best service staff of any BMW dealership in Orange County. I've owned numerous BMW cars over the years and except for one or two occasions, I have always had them serviced at Irvine BMW. I must say that on those occasions where the cars were serviced elsewhere, it really brought home to me how much better Irvine's service department is over the competition. Jesse is the consumate professional. He always makes sure the car is ready as promised and delivered in clean condition. Let's face it, we all want to be behind the wheel of our cars, and servicing them doesn't always sit high on the list of priorities. But I have to say that Jesse and your team do a great job of smoothing out the bumps. Please keep up excellent work. Thank you.‎

Ask for Teri Aud !!!!! Thanks Teri‎

Irvine BMW has a huge lot and inventory. I hadn't bought a new car in 7 years, but Teri Aud made the entire process stress free, no pressure, and straight up. She is totally knowledgeable about the cars, and I got to test drive 4 cars. Spent lots of time with me, and it felt comfortable and trusting, kinda like buying a car from your own mother haha really!! When it came to the pricing, there was no bullshit or double talk. Everything was transparent and honest, and she even got a 4500 credit from BMW USA on the 335 turbodiesel that expired last month. Ended up getting a phenomenal deal on a lease that I customized to fit my budget. To top it off, Teri and her partner Terry drove my Porsche Cayenne back to Santa Monica at 10 pm that night ( I drove the new car home natch). Pleasant, trustworthy, stressless service, razor sharp skills and service above and beyond. Ask for Teri! Thanks Teri‎

Ask for Hung Tran - He Earned My Business....‎

I was compelled to write a review only because of the incredible experience that I had with a sales person at Irvine BMW... HUNG TRAN.... In all honesty, I didn't even need a car for another 3 months (as my other car is still being leased), but I pulled the trigger and bought one due to the sales person's (Hung Tran) persistence and because I was given straight forward pricing from him that was far far better than pricing I received from Crevier and was as good as pricing I got from the internet department at Sterling BMW (closer to my house in Newport). Let me explain why I recommend him. First off - he wasn't pushy, but was persistent. The sales manager initially pissed me off to the point that I left that dealer and told myself I would never buy a car from them. The story there is that the sales manager, in typical form, came out and gave me astronomical numbers that were in all honesty, insulting and were different than initially discussed.... I actually bought my bmw here and the salesman was amazing- polite, patient, only focused on you. the dealership is amazing too. my only problem is the Service Dept. Everytime i go to the service dept. Service advisor kept me waiting nearly 2 hrs...didn't meet with him in the end, left a voicemail- never heard back from him.‎
