Irish Help at home were a pleasure to deal with, at a very difficult time for our family. The free assessment was so helpful in that all our questions were answered on the spot, and service was set up immediately afterward. The caregivers were professional and caring towards our father and our overall experience was suberb. Very caring staff and reasonably priced. I did a LOT of research before I decided to use this company; we were looking for help for my Dad. I wanted to make sure it would be straight forward and exactly what my family and I needed. Irish Help at Home was it!!!.. We needed care to start almost immediately when we called as I had spent so much time deciding who I would go with, they were very understanding throughout the process, our caregiver arrived the day after we met with the visiting supervisor who made the first assessment. The caregiver was exactly what we asked for and more, she was caring, attentive, gentle and understanding. Very knowledgeable in working with my dads oxygen and feeding difficulties, which was a huge bonus as we had no clue what we were supposed to be doing!!, when we needed extra care for my dad closer to the end this was also no problem for Irish Help at Home they had another experienced caregiver there for the night shift!!.. Fantastic work we could not have asked for better for my dad during his final weeks.
