This guy thought I would pay him cash. He told me a check is okay and to through it over his patio fence. I refused. He filed a small claims case for me only to get my money. I did pay him. I received a letter from the court that his $50 check to pay for the filing fee bounced. I had to pay the $50 and an additional $61 becuase of the bounced check. He would not return my calls. The Los Angeles County Registrar said that his registration with them ended on 4/7/07 and had not been renewed as of that date. DONT USE THIS GUY. Google Intercity process server and you will see other bad reviews.

Don't ever use this service. He never follow up with you and when you try to follow up with him, he will ask you to call back. He never know what is going on with your case. He runs his business out of his house and is very unprofessional. He is only responsive when he is asking for your money. I will never recommend and waste my money again to this service.
