I was referred by a Church friend when my AC broke down in early summer in FL. I left a message to business phone and Richard got back to me promptly. When Richard showed up, he immediately diagnosed the issue and replace the parts. He also pointed potential wear-out on the unit and gave a straight suggestion without trying to sell more service and parts than necessary.
