This workout program is designed for each individual person, even if you go with a group you will be working on the things you need most. Ive never taken a better Pilates class, it's not just a bunch of breathing exercizes like some of the other studio's I've tryed - InShape Fitness will work you hard, besides the great Pilates equipment, they also have strength training and cardio vascular equipment, something most pilates studios cannot offer - overall this place will kick your butt inshape!!! Private and clean too!!!
