We arrived to NO valet on a busy street had to wait 15min for him. Requested a king bed at check in they said they only had doubles. A friend checked in 20 min after we did and they did not request a King and they asked for a King when checking in and they had it. Once we got to the room I hopped in the shower and the shower head fell off and broke. Called down to tell front desk and she said the maintenance guy leaves at 6pm. We left early the next day and returned to a room cleaned and the shower head picked up, but they did not replace the shower head with a new one... Yep nothing there but a pipe with a large stream of water shooting out. Again the front desk said the maintenance guy was gone for the day. So on the next morning I got to shower and there is NO water... None a tiny stream coming out. Waited for 25min and the water came back on, but still had no shower head. Later that night came back to NO valet and had to park and walk 3 blocks away.‎
