With Detroit's many great festivals and cultural life, this is our absolutely favorite place to stay when we ! We stay there at least tiwce a year. It is conveniently located right in the heart of much activity.The homes are beautifully restored, the decor is lovely, the staff is great, and if you can't walk there, they will get you where you need to be downtown. An absolute gem!

I came here to meet up with family and the Inn was very nice.My family had no complaint and said the cost was very low. the rooms and service were really good as well . I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Especially if your looking to get away.

The first time we stayed there they gave us the wrong room. They appologized and said they would give us a voucher so we could stay there with the right room. We agreed to it but it took them 6 weeks to get the voucher to us after several phone calls. We reserved the room for second time and they said it would be available. We drive there and once we arrive we are given a very small room with nothing we were promised. After complaining we found out the room we were suppose to get had a key broke off in the lock and they were sorry but they couldnt do anymore for us. The staff was very helpful but the owner thought it was acceptable to give us the wrong room twice. We left there after that and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. The experience there was much more pleasant.
The rooms we were put in looked nothing like the pictures even when we paid the high dollar for the Queen excutive suite the first time.

The Ferry Street Inn is absolutely beautiful. The restored Victorian houses are just remarkable. The staff and customoer service is beyond great. If you want a nice night or weekend away but want a at home feel. Spend the night at the Inn On Ferry Street. Surprise your spouse for a romantic night away this fall. You won't be disappointed.
