Yes like the others we had our experience with these people. They wanted to charge us double what our deposit was when we moved out. When I asked for receipts and invoices to go along with the charges they couldnt provide them and never responded to my letter. Plus the guy was so rude. Just didnt care at all.‎

They are horrible, dishonest people. I rented from them awhile back, the house I was renting was bought by the city. When I rented I signed a "as is" contract. I fixed it up, bought new blinds (there were none in the unit). When I moved I took them with me. They have the nerve to charge me for the blinds I bought and took for a house that is no longer there. They charge for damage that they charged the previous tenant and then charge me too. Now this is on my credit. I have contacted the BBB as well. My son got lead poisoning from the house, when I told them they said I signed it as is! I can go on and on. Please do not rent from them, tell anyone who may rent NOT TO. Your life depends on it.‎

I find it rather ridiculous that a service to rent residential properties is not open on weekends when most "working" people have only weekends to really look for places. I will NOT be calling back here. Displeased.‎
