Inventive maki in an unpretentious spot by A M. at InsiderPages
Indie Cafe joins the growing number of reasonably-priced but gastronomically-exciting restaurants in the Edgewater area. The menu is divided in two--one side is Thai and the other Japanese. Everything on the menus is worth trying, but the unique maki really stand out. The flavor combinations of rolls like Metallica, Popeye and Las Vegas are matched with a keen eye for presentation.
