The food is exceptionally great! The Chicken Tikka and Garlic Shrimp are awesome as well as the onion Kulcha. Prices are fair b/c they do provide value and quality. They also have a nice all you can eat buffet. The place was packed from the moment we sat down until we left. The service (taking the initial order) took some time due to their business, but overall all our needs were attended to very well. I will definitely go back to try more on the menu, as well as the all you can eat buffet. A+ quality food.

I have only been there for lunch, but it is always a treat! The buffet-style meal includes many different dishes which I have been assured by a coworker is quite authentic; and I can assure you it is delicious. The available dishes varies from day to day but usually include chicken, lamb, beef and vegetarian fare.

The staff is courteous and available. Although it can get pretty packed during lunchtime, the wait is never long. The price is reasonable at around $9 for an all-you-can eat buffet that is delicious.

I've been to India Palace several times now for their lunch buffet and have never been disappointed. The traffic has always been high enough that you're certain the food on the buffet line is fresh. $9.40 for a buffet lunch (w/ drink & tip) struck me as high at first, but I'm new to Germantown, and I've never hesitated to go back. I've yet to try something off the menu, but I'm sure that when I do I won't be disappointed.

I have eaten here several times and the food is always of excellent, it is the best vegetarian Indian food I have had in MD. The portions are large and the food and drink arrives quickly.

The service I also haven't had a problem with the waiters are attentive and when we've asked for anything it has always been brought immediately.

I've been there 5 times now for their lunch buffet. It's all you can for around $9. The place has a nice peaceful ambience, good service and great food. The food is just perfect, not too spicy not too bland. They have 2 rooms and I've been to both, though my personal preference is the outer room. I've been to Cafe Spice too and quite frankly once was enough. Whenever we feel like having Indian food in Maryland, India Palace Bar is the only preferred option.
