People there are both knowledgeable and caring. You can actually interact with the animals. If you're looking for a bird it's a great place, but babies are sold as fast as they come in. No dogs or cats but almost anything else. ...

If you are into exotic pets like snakes and ferrets, Incredible Pets could be your new favorite store...I know it's mine! I still can't convince the wife to let me bring home any sort of reptile, but at least she does not mind going into the store with me now.

The store is large, bright, and clean. There's lots of parking too. The location is convenient, and the staff is just wonderful. They really know their stuff, even when it comes to the really strange pets.

Kids love this store, I think its like a field trip to them! They offer some boarding for hurricanes, which is wonderful! They have this crazy bird, that I think is a permanant fixture in the store. It's a large red bird, that occasionally talks. People love him (her?).

The prices are good, and it's a GREAT place to get an aquarium going. They really know what they're talking about, and have a great selection

Incredible pets may not cater to every pet, but excells in the areas it services. You will find much, if not all, that you need for aquatic pets, reptiles, amphibians and avian friends. They also have small mammals such as mice, rats, hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs. Go elsewhere if you're looking to purchase food products for birds or small mammals (I suggest C&J on Aurora road) because their prices are high.
