Very slow service
Being that this is an individual frameshop, you'd think they would strive to finish orders as quickly as possible to satisfy the customer. I had but ONE frame. Not multiple, and not a difficult task. It took slightly over a month for me to get it back when the woman quoted me only a couple weeks. I understand that that was an "approximation", but there's no excuse for such late work.
