I got married in May 2008 and I had the best experience picking out my wedding dress from Impressions. They wanted to find out my personality and what I liked to help pick out a dress that fit me perfectly. The service was so wonderful. Because of their great service my mother ended up finding her dress the same day. I picked the flower girls dresses out there and my mother-in-law found her dress, too. They go out of their way to make every customer feel special; bride, flower girl or mothers. A friend is getting married in October 2010 and was having a hard time finding the perfect dress so I suggested we try Impressions. After a year or so they still remembered me and my mom. Also, they treated my friend with the same great service as they did with me and my family. All the staff at Impressions is wonderful , helpful and very dedicated to make one of the biggest decision of your wedding the easiest decision.

Let me start by saying I purchased my first prom dress back in 1999 from Impressions. I found the perfect dress and felt like a princess all night long...I remember how kind and eager Judy (which I love to pieces) was to help me. I still have this dress by the way...I just cant seem to part with it =) I have seen the bridal shop grow as I have grown. So when I got engaged..the first place that I wanted to go was to see Judy. Since it was 10 yrs later, I wasnt sure if she would remember me...but when I went to see her she did!! Since Impressions already had a special spot in my heart~I felt right at home. However, they go out of their way to make every customer feel this way. They know that whether you are looking for a prom dress or a wedding dress-that it has to be "perfect." They understand that this simple article of clothing will forever be a special part of your life and that the memories attached to it will last forever. Therefore, they take extra time and go that extra mile to provide the best service to ensure perfection!! This goes right along with my personality (since I tend to be OCD anyway)!!! When I went on the hunt for my perfect wedding dress..I thought I had found it..went home to fantasize about it for a day...came back ready to purchase but wasnt all the way convinced this was really "IT." Judy listened to me and my concerns...pulled out a couple more dresses...and then it happened...I found the absolute perfect dress!!! It was beautiful!! It was EVERYTHING I had imagined and more!! For anyone who really knows me will vouch that this can be challenging to please me completely because I am soo freakin picky!! In summary, I have had numerous encounters with Impressions Bridal and I have nothing but wonderful things to say....Judy and her whole staff are extremely helpful and dedicated to assist every person that goes there in search of that "perfect" dress. Hopefully one day...after I have kids...I can pass on the legacy and take my daughter to Impressions to find her perfect dress as well....=)

Recent customer from Impressions and boy did they make my day a lot easier. Despite it being a Saturday and right in the middle of prom season, I felt quite at home here! The store is in a quaint, cozy house with plenty of privacy. I loved the bride's room, which is where I spent most of my day. The employees so knew what they were doing as they matched me up with three phenomenal gowns to decide on. I had a thousand questions to ask and the one employee that I dealt with the majority of the day was able to answer it all for me. I have had nothing but good experiences with them since my engagement and would highly recommend you to visit for yourself to see what I am talking about. I ended up getting everything but the flowers (this was because I already had a florist picked out---my mom). Anyways, I hope you have an amazing experience as I did!!! This is the first time I have ever taken the initiative to actually write a personal review of a business. I felt compelled to do so after my terrible, nearly year long "dealings" with Impressions Bridal for my wedding dress. The day I went in to try on dresses, I was treated very nicely and felt really great about my purchase. However, several months later when my dress finally came in (and after I had paid for it) that's when I was treated as if I was a second rate customer. It was evident that this business only cared about your needs and concerns prior to payment. My dress zipper broke, was shipped back to China, and I was told various dates of when it would arrive. Once I had the dress altered, there were several mistakes that were made in the process so that I had to return to the store for 4 more fittings. Each time I was dealt with by the owner with her saying "now don't get all upset over this" and "are you a nervous bride?" The dress was finally altered to the correct specifications and completed four days before my wedding. I was married in September of 08 and had ordered the dress September of 07. Completely terrible, unacceptable service. Brides, do NOT go to this store.

I think Impressions is a really good place. They do have pretty much whatever you need. I worked there a short time. The owner and I didn't gee ha. (I am sure she thought I was NUTS. I had terrible problems remembering things. Turned out thyroid was haywire. )My only concern in that time was when in the alterations area I saw a book titled how to alter a wedding dress. Judy is a smart lady and yes sometimes she did seem a bit uppity, but she really tries to make sure things are right. One of the other girls that worked there was extremely snotty and dopey, I caught the blame for lots of her mistakes. But all in all, I would have to give her an 8 of 10. I would still recommend Impressions and have since working there. Yes the space is small, but seems a bit romantic and cozy when buying your wedding gown. A little like being home. My final words would be go and see for yourself, sometimes people just don't click. Some people have a chip on their shoulder when they walk in a store. I have worked retail for 25 years and have seen it. So don't be afraid to try Impressions.
