I have used impress for several years.

Very dissapointed recently when they changed a mother board for me. The new board they installed was obviously not compatible for my DVD Drives, Printer Port, and UHB Ports!

The computer was returned to me with 2 usb ports no longer working. 1 DVD drive had been removed. A piece of plastic had been glued in the front which immediately fell out, ports on the back completely differently different, having to change printer cords, etc.

I called 2 days later. Roland was to have Alex call me back.
Still have not heard from them.

All of this for a mere $375.00!!

I overclocked my computer and it was running very hot even with the upgraded Hyper TX3 cooler and 2 fans on the CPU. We talked and decided on a EXOS water cooled system. Now my CPU is running at 2 degrees above room temp!

These guys saved my system!

Prices are good, and the guys are very helpful. Only had to order one thing that wasn't in stock. Said it would be there on Monday. They didn't make me pay for it in advance. When it arrived on Monday, they called me and gave me exactly what I asked for. I like buying from shops like this when it come to computers. As a small business owner, when a computer goes down, I lose money. Impress Computers has always provided me with good quality equipment. They have earned my repeat business.‎
