I was at 8500 Wilsher this morning to go to Washington Mutual Bank. When I pulled up and gave the 2 guys my keys they were speaking to eachother in spanish using every foul word possible. The woman who had just dropped her car off was questioning their extremely unprofessional behavior also. Then the parking guy grinded my gears as he attempted to park my car. When I returned to to get my car minutes later the same guy who told me parking was free even though I was only going to the atm told me then that I needed validation, which was upset that he had not told me prior. He then tossed my keys at me and said "you can get your own Fuc+ing (profanity used) car then. I can not believe you have such rude & unprofessional people working for you!!!‎
