One of the "old school" dealerships that use high- pressure and secrecy in their sales pitch. It wasn't a pleasant experience and we went elsewhere. There are other good Honda dealers in the Columbus area and I wouldn't recommend this one. Our sales person refused to give us a concrete price, which was extremely frustrating. Instead he repeatedly spoke of the hardships of being a car salesman and wanted us to make sure that we knew how hard it was for him to make any money off our purchase (i.e hinting that we should keep the price high)
