I've been meaning to write a review for a while now, but I haven't been able to stop cooking in my gorgeous new kitchen! IGK, Greg, Kipper, and the whole team, did an absolutely amazing job! The design, the cabinets, the tile work are exquisite. Everyone who comes over raves about the expansion. This remodel has added many times over to the value of our home.
We were so happy with our kitchen, we had IGK redo three of our bathrooms, including our master. Again, Greg's vision was 100% on target. The work is beautiful! I can't say enough about Ed (tile) perfectionism and the attention to detail of Ramon (finish work). Not only was their work amazing, but they were so considerate of how they were impacting our daily life.
The IGK team became part of our family during the months of our remodeling. I miss them!

As you know home remodeling can be tedious when working with contractors and suppliers that do not keep their word. We can truthfully say that is NOT the case with your family business.
Your employees were always reliable, courteous and reasonable.
They listened to our requests for additions and changes not originally planned so long as they were reasonable. Most important the workmanship was impeccable.
The end result is luxurious and easy to look at.
We receive many compliments on our remodeling and are as proud of the results as you are.
In these days of computers and impersonal businesses it's nice to find one that really cares about their customers and really works for them.

My family has been held hostage for over a year by IGK and its owner Greg. With promises of doing work and workers that never show up. If and when a worker would show , it was only to do somthing small like touch up and never more than a couple hours.Our home and our lives are in dissarray at this time. Greg and Laurie always asking for more money even though work promised was not getting done, at present I have not heard from IGK for over 8 weeks. my project is nowhere near done .IGK has the majority of my money ( A LARGE AMOUNT)and no intrest in finishing this job ,as told to me by Greg himself. As for the positive reviews , I believe they were made up by IGK employees in an effort to keep his rating up. try and figure out why there are only 5star and 1star ratings. Kind of strange? Dont get ripped off, Do your research. Get referrals. visit past and current customers. If you still choose to hire IGK, Good Luck to you.
