Terrible customer service!! by Brenna R. at InsiderPages

I recently bought a washing machine from Idler's because I had heard that they had great customer service. Boy was I wrong. I paid extra for delivery and for them to pick up my old washer and dryer. They dumped the new washer in my driveway by the street and they only picked up the dryer and left the washer. I called them several times and someone always promised to get back to me. Noone EVER did. Finally, a week later after the 5th or so call, I got a hold of the delivery department, the lady was SO rude to me. I told her I simply wanted the washer picked up. She told me a 25 dollar refund was placed back on my card so they didn't have to come back and get the washer. I explained that I wasn't notified of that and I just wanted the washer removed. She (rudely) told me to leave a $25 dollar check on the washer and they would come get it. Well, it's been two weeks and my washer is still outside waiting. I am tired with dealing with this lame company. Obviously they need training in Customer service. I will never shop there again, what a hassle!
