Overall: This is simply the best plumbing company in town. They have even serviced our house on Christmas eve when disaster struck. Spectacular service and incredibly knowledgeable technicians make Ideal Plumbing... well... the Ideal contractor.

Value: Always fair. In fact they have even directed me to call Delta faucets in one instance and the part was sent for free.

Service: Always a window of when they will arrive and always a call 30-minutes before they arrive.

Quality: Simply excellent. I've used them for six years now.

Pros: Phenomenal service and incredibly well trained staff and in-the-field techs.

Cons: None...this is a difficult industry in which to find a great service provider.
USE THEM. You'll be happy you chose wisely.
