They claim on their recording and on their site the following ??????Ideal Department store has been a Family owned and operated business for over 83 Years. It is our commitment to excellent service, high quality products and best prices that makes us the top choice when shopping for school uniforms.?????? Unfortunately, my son's school has had Ideal handle their uniform orders, for the past eight years. In the past eight years I have had three issues with ideal. In which my order has been placed, my credit card charged, and Ideal has taken longer than three weeks to ship my order. I would then call their 718.252.5090 number, and Ideal will have a message providing the directions to their store and the store hours, but when I would try to leave a message it would say that their mailboxes are currently full. I will then email them at info@ideal.com to get information on the status of the order, and I would not get an email or call back. I would also send them a fax at 718.692.0492 with all the information, copy of invoice, receipt and previous emails and they would choose to ignore all means of communication. My fax transmittal sheet would clearly state that the transmittal was ok. The latest incident is the following: I visited Ideal Department Store on August 15, 2008. I purchased the gym uniform for my son, and three short sleeve embroidered golf shirts. I also needed two white s/s emroidered gold shirts, an additional blue and a burgundy in Adult Medium but they didn't have anymore in stock. I was clearly informed the following our guy just went to pick up this shipment, it will be here today, and we will be able to ship your order by Monday that would have been Monday, August 18, 2008. On September 2nd, I called Ideal four times, not allowed to leave a message. On September 3rd, I called Ideal five times, not allowed to leave a message. On September 3r
