So the food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly. I have heard not-so-great things about the cleanliness levels in their kitchens though, so I've avoided it since then.

I have always loved japanese food, and when i was younger i always went to Ichibiri for my birthday dinners and i think that they deserve three cheers!

not consistant

I have been visiting this resturant many of years. The food has gone down hill, the sushi rolls used to be bigger, and the food was not greasy. The last few times we have been here, we have been dissappointed with higher prices and poor quality. The service however has gotten better. I hope they read this and change a few things, so we can come back to what used to be our favorite spot.

Pros: sushi chefs are very nice and accomadating

Cons: food needs better quality

The Laguna Niguel store is very close...
