Worst Customer Service
I had one of the worst experiences at this bridal shop. I made my appointment, asked if they had a specific dress, which the did, drove 2 1/2 hours to the store only to find out they didn't have the dress, the one on one customer service that they claim on their website does not exist. The girl that was supposed to help me what helping others during my appointment. My mom and sister ended up doing everything for me. When my sister spoke with the manager about how disappointing our experience was, the manager responded with "it's a Saturday" which my sister responded "my sister made an appointment, your website states appointment only, one on one consulting, maybe you should live up to what your website states." I did find a beautiful dress and would have paid the full amount right then and there if I had been treated the way I Do! I Do! expresses themselves on their website. I found my dress elsewhere, where they make you feel like a princess and take all the time in the world to help you that same day, a Saturday.
