This dealer is a major ripoff. I bought a S40 from them. They make you wait hours for the finance guy to get the paperwork ready. Then they tack on all these additional items (such as virginia surety insurance for an additional $2000). The finance guy rush you through the paperwork, giving a sigh of impatience every time you ask a question about the paperwork. Everytime I reflect back, I ask WHY I went through the purchase. I definitely feel like kicking myself. I definitely got wiser since then and I will never go back nor refer others to go there, not even for maintenance, since they rip you off there as well. I mean $400 for a 7.5k checkup at Nemet when other Volvo dealers provide that service for $200?
