I go to Indiana several times a year for business and this is one of my favorite places to saty. I really enjoy the over the top staff and room service is good too.

Beautiful facility, awesome view. The service was wonderful, all of the way down to the bell boy and the valet parking staff. We had never stayed at a hotel that nice. I only had one complaint about our stay there (which we booked through Hotwire). I went to take a hot shower, and the water never got warmer than lukewarm.

PROS: Beautiful view, awesome atrium
CONS: no hot water

we had a wonderful 2 night stay.the staff was very friendly and the hotel was awesome.we had a veiw of the capitol building on the 17th floor that was outstanding.
i highly reccomend it.

We were there for a convention and found all the staff really great except the restaurant front staff (greeters) seemed out of it servers were good. The hotel staff took great pains to make us comfortable even with all the rooms on our floor being redone and in spite of a large group before ours who overstayed. Check out Champions as a great place for a breather and and a beer or puff in between meetings. Super staff - see John or Karen! Fun spot in the evenings too! Food in the Porch was very good too.
