Steven Hutter designed my front yard with low water, blooming plants. All year I have yellow, pink, lavender and orange flowers here in San Diego with only having to water once a week or less. It's beautiful and I get lots of compliments on it. He was wonderful to work with, prompt and worth every penny I paid him. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
