pondless waterfalls

We recently had hutchings Landscaping service install a pondless waterfall, 60' boulder wall, and a flagstone patio w/fire pit. The entire project was completed in a perfect manner. which is evident by the outstanding customer care they provide. We spend alot of time in our backyard daily now. This team transform my ugly yard into a showplace.

Worst customer service EVER!

Told us that they weren't going to start on our yard until the end of the month (3 weeks out). Then calls 2 days later at 9 pm at night to tell us we needed "XY and Z" done prior to them arriving at 8 am the next morning. The only times we would hear from the owner would be when he would pester us to sign off on paying him. We were overcharged on lots of plants/materials and they would not give us a refund back when we did not get the plants indicated on our plant list. Emailed the owner several times with absolutely no response from him. Very disappointed with the customer service we received.

Pros: The planner we met with was outstanding. The work crew was courteous and easy to work with.

Cons: It is evident that all the owner cares about is money and that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Can't add

failed to properly compute square footage. Took a month and two changes to try and say we needed to pay over $ 5,000.00 more because they forgot to add in footage for concrete after contractor signed contract. When called on about items they were supposed to complete, all we got were excuses.
