Like many of the business these days whatever drives their sucess seems more supply and demand issue than professionalism, customer service or quality of workmanship. I lease a house that had a brand new AC system installed by this company just over a year ago just prior to our move. We have had not problems until this summer when the condensor coil froze up because it was dirty. It appears that it was sucking insulation from the interior walls into the coil because when they installed the system they did not consider this. He is charging the owner over 200.00 to fix this insulation removal and to clean the coils. System is under warranty and has a twice a year service contract. But this is not covered. Not to mention that they scheduled for 8am left at 9 and said they be back when the frozen coil thawed, left me hanging all day and did not call me back till the next day @ 8. Wouldn't talk to me would only schedule through the property manager. The owner was rude and hung up on me ...
