IT SEEMS TO ME by Liz M. at InsiderPages
It seems that those who are posting negative comments do so becuase when a loved one dies, be it family member or beloved pet, we as people feel the need to blame someone, perhaps this is part of the grieving process. I am truly sorry for your loss as death is without doubt tragic and painful. But in defense of Dr Naito, I have been a client for almost 10 years. My first pet I took in had parvo and Dr Naito was able to get her healthy again, no loss of life.
As for conditions out of view, I cannot comment as I have not seen, but I do know this, the disgruntled employee should not be taken too seriously as disgruntled employees are just that, disgruntled and feel the need to strike back because they were terminated. If there were truly deceased animals then the stench of death would reveal that. The only smell I have noticed is not of death, but that of animal waste, and I have attribued that to scared animals relievng themselves and too that of the animals being boarded. Unfortunately it's difficult to get an animal in a kennel cage to relieve itself at a time convenient to staff. I will still take my animals to Dr Naito as I believe she truly cares for the animals and respects her clientel. For those of you who are reading the negative reviews, try to remember to be ojective and bear in mind, that just because some one makes a statement does not make it true. I for my part would like to thank Dr Naito. Her counter staff on the other hand ,they are extremely busy and at times rude or short, they may wish to change that, but hey I myself have been known to be rude so I can let it pass. I am not perfect, neither are they, and yes they should be more professional.
