My two children have been with these doctors for 4 years. Our doctor is John Legault, but we have seen many of the other doctors. We appreciate the weekend hours - why do kids always get sick on Saturday? - and the nurses have always returned our calls to help with minor problems.

Absolutely the best; I knew when I walked into their old office as a pregnant mom-to-be 19 years ago. Our children have been cared for by every doctor in the group and we couldn't ask for more sincere, intelligent, thorough or caring professionals - all of them. I'm puzzled by the negative comments on here, but I'm certain that everyone is not perfect. I certainly understand that there is a fit for everyone, so give them a second chance, or try elsewhere, but PLEASE give your children the necessary medical care; that's the bottom line.

Our daughter was born with plagiocephaly -- literally, an oblique or misshapen head. We knew there was a problem, but didn't know what. Dr. John Legault gave us a diagnosis, recommended treatment and even helped us battle the insurance company by writing a letter explaining the medical need for treatment. At nearly 2 years old, our daughter is perfect-- thanks to him.
He is laid back, but very intelligent-- I recommend him highly! Five star service.

We've never once encountered rude staff or doctors at Dr. Peggy and Dr. John Legault's pediatric office in the time we've been there with our two children, since fall of 2001. I am puzzled by the wrath I see on here ... I have recommended the office to countless friends who are expecting or new parents, and all of them have nothing good to report about the office. Dr. Peggy remembers my kids and has been invaluable in our struggle with my daughter's asthma condition.

I've never experienced any worse staff in my life. I called on a Sat. morning, was put hold for over 22 min., and after very curt exchange of info to make an appointment, she hung up immediately just as I was about to ask some questions.
I don't know all the staff here, but rebekah is the worse doctor's office staff I've ever seen.
On a different note, the office and the doctors seem ok. However, if the office manages staff in this manner, I'd be cautious about the doctors too.
