They were used by bloomstoday.com to process and deliver an arrangement to a funeral for me and they were late. Since the service had already started (and it even started late, which meant the delivery person was really late), the delivery person just put the arrangement on the floor in a corner and no one even noticed it at the back of the church until I realized the flowers never arrived and started seaching everywhere for them. The office insisted that they did not do anything wrong and they were going to keep my $75 even though no one saw it for the funeral. They also did not put the note on the arrangement properly - the side facing out just had the address and the time - I had to turn it around myself. Terrible service and customer relations. Lowest possible rating.

I ordered a $95.40 floral/fruit arrangment for a 90-year old women on 1/14/09 which was to be delivered to Cortez, CO the next. I never received a thank you note from the receipent but assumed she received it. On 03/02/09, I was informed by her family that it was never sent and when I went to the florist, they admitted it. However, they never bothered to call me and just kept my money. They were rude and aggressive so don't be fooled by the front of the shop! They said they would give me a refund but I called my bank today and it has not been processed.

Dependable florist with a nice selection. Always good to use for those last minute flower deliveries! They did a great job with providing flower arrangements for my wedding. Individualized and fresh and friendly.
