Front desk service should be more...
Took one of my siblings there to get some work done. For starters, they wanted me to sign a consent form that I would not be present when they did the actual work. I refused to sign it and they told me somone was going to speak to me about this. "Fine" I thought, let them talk all they want I am not going to sign. I decided to leave. I went to their website and they suggest that the parent allow the child to accompany their dental staff through dental experience alone. However, if you want to you can accompany your child to the treatment room. When I would not sign they told me it was policy and I had to sign the consent form. No! It is not policy, it is suggested and therefore I do not have to sign it and therefore I am allowed in the treatment room. I suggest the front desk staff read through their employer's website so that they can lighten up when people refuse to sign the consent form.
