Terrible experience by Angel T. at InsiderPages
We had an awful experience with this office. Dr. Keller had done some extensive work on our son a couple of years ago, and I didn't have a problem with that particular experience. But actually today my son was to have more work done and the other Dr. (I am assuming that she is a Dr. considering Dr Keller wasn't there) But it was horrible, not only did they chip his front tooth, one that wasn't having any work, but they lied and told one story after another. I wouldn't even let them finish the proposed treatment plan. They had already made several comments on how good my husbands dental insurance was and wanted to do some cosmetic work on my son, whether is was actually warranted, I don't know, but they really pushed for it. Beware of the office staff also, one particular young girl who was assisting, began to laugh and turn her head when I got upset, when even though I was told my 4 year old son would be asleep during his procedure, after I heard him screaming and apparently he vomited, she apparently thought it was amusing. Not a professional staff at all. This young Dr. who is left to do these procedures on young children, has no idea what she is doing. I know that they all have to start somewhere, but not on my 4 year old son. So we'll see if Dr. Keller will take any responsibility for my sons chipped tooth and the fillings that were supposed to be done, (that fell out and of course the cavities worsened ) that didn't get done. Those were supposed to be free of charge since Dr. Keller had done them. Just a warning to all of those interested in this office. I was told when the propose treatment plan arrived in the mail , and it was alot more than what we were originally told, that they see 50 kids a day and they don't always have time to really look at what needs to be done then, but they do that at the end of the day , not on the child, but the xray. But its nice
