This being our 3rd attempt to goto movie tavern, we were once again let down. We arrived @ 9am for a Saturday morning pancake showing of Planet 51. By 9:40 we had still not had an order taken, aand all we could hear was a room full of complaining customers prepareing to ask for refunds. I packed up my daughter and left getting my 18.50 refund after waiting another 10 minutes for a refund.

Prior visits ended in similar circumstances. We arrive, wait over 40 minutes and leave requesting a refund, due to no service.

This is the worst movie tavern like experience you could ever have. No food service, drink service, or customer service present, and any restaurant you go to would never take the chance to treat you in this way. My suggestion...

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD - Don't expect service at all.

This place sucks its as simple as that, you can tell this franchise is being run in to the ground from the nasty food to the angry pimple faced servers, i cant believe it is still getting business. I hope to see a change but I think they are pretty much set in their ways my advice would be to go rent a movie and order your self a pizza instead.

I love this place, nice people... I go on thursday nights... it is always clean and the food as good as applebee or chilli's fun to watch movie and have a glass of wine.... guess I am old and do not enjoy things young folks do.....

Painful.
Better food in any eatery.
Better service at Walmart snack machine.
Better experience watching I Pod movie.
More fun watching grass grow.
And WHAT is that SMELL! People p in here?

For real.... Don't eat the food!!!

I researched all locations and Hulen was the one that had the least negative comments...

Holly Cow... This place was dirty, the tables were at foot level so you recline and put your nasty shoes on the table you eat at. The same shoes you walk on the dirty bathroom floor.

The poppers were filled with some "unknown" cheeze and was cold. The pizza's were under cooked and so was the hamburgers.

Lets go to the screen, it was not digital or HD, the sound was NOT Dolby or surround. What a waste of a night & not to mention the movie "Star Trek" wasn't anything like the trailor; it was worse...

Normally movie experiences are awesome for myself and the group we run with. Unfortunately, we were very disgusted by this location...

Not to mention the 1/2 naked teenage girls waiting to get into the Rocky Horror Picture Show, standing in the parking lot at midnight.

Stick with your normal movie house!!
