This establishment boasts good food at a reasonable price, but is really tainted by poor service. After my third visit, I just had to "call it quits". I have eaten at many establishments in San Diego, from the very top end to fast food roadkill, and the service at this place is the worst....period. I would advise anyone wanting to experience Hula's at its best to pay the fair and take a hop to Honolulu. Your experience will be much better.
Pros : The food is good, when you get it.
Cons : Service....no service.....where's my food?.....where's the waiter?.....I'll check it myself on the way to the restroom......
