I was overall happy with the service and product we received from Hughes. We got the product we asked for in a timely manner and installation was quick (2 days for our particular job). My main critique was for the sales staff. ...

To get these folks to finish their work is a task unto itself. After 3 months of followup and the slow installation crew, the floor is still not finished. It is ridiculous in today's economic market to deliver such shabby work and expect to survive.
