I told my situation to this guy and he knew it was a special situation. He told me it will cost between 200 and 300 dollars to find and serve. I agreed to this. Then he never updated me on status unless I called to bug him. He told me he could not find the person after I paid him the money and kept telling me he would charge others more than I paid for the work he did. He said he did work that would normally cost 500 dollars or more. Woopee, this got me nothing. I needed to hire someone else and I am out 300 bucks. If you want to find and serve someone then go to someone who has a guarantee or you will waste a lot of money. I forgot to say that I contacted another agency and they had the information I needed in 5 minutes for less than 1/3 of what I paid this guy. He is a ripoff! Go elsewhere!‎
