I called this company last minute for an inspection because my first inspector cancelled on me. They were able to come out the same day and did a very good job going through the house. The report is very easy to understand and detailed.

Comprehensive home review
Excellent work my friend! Glad you found that furnace problem. I like how you described everything about the home and pointed out where the water shut off was, etc. A great deal as well. I can't believe the service you provide for $250.00. Four hours with me that afternoon and a very thorough report. I really enjoyed our time together. I feel like you really partnered with me and showed me what I needed to know.
