Dear Teleflora,
I enjoy all of your products.
However, please note, Teleflora vendor #152106, House
of Flowers, 1631 Industrial Pkwy W
Hayward, CA 94544, (510) 782-7300??????,
haywardhouseofflowers.com, owner, Kamery Lee provided
a lack of customer service in handling my Mother's Day
order. On Sunday, 11 May 2008, when asked why the
teacup flower set was not delivered on Saturday, his
response was, We could not read the address. When
asked, Why did you not call me with the telephone
number I provided? His answer was, Are we sending
the flowers to you? I calmly stated, had his shop called me, I could have verified the address since I was the one who placed the order. I only have a 300 Max character to write this message, please call so I may elaborate
on the disappointing and frustrating service I
received. My recommendation is Teleflora no longer
use Vendor #152106 to deliver flowers on Teleflora's
behalf.
The lack of customer service resulted in me pursuing
another flower shop who could deliver on such short
notice with grace and poise on Mother's Day.
Again, please call so we may discuss in further
detail.
