This business earned my loyalty. Their primary business is sales of above ground pools, spas, and the necessary chemicals and supplies to maintain those items. We have a pool and spa so as a customer they make money from me by selling me chemicals and other maintenance items. I occassionally take them a water sample to test when I want to check my results or if I am experiencing an unusual condition. I was shocked when, on several occassions over the past 6+ years, they informed me I did not need purchase any chemicals when I fully expected to need them. Also, the spectrum of tests they will run for you exceeds what I have experienced at other pool supply chains.
