I was at Hot Shots over the weekend. I haven't been to this bar in months. The bartender told me that there is a new owner and you can already see the change. The bar was packed and every game was playing. Some new flat screen tv's. Great service. I will be back

The first time we went they did not put in our food order and we waited an hour and a half for our wings. the second time we went the bill was 89.54 and i was charged 107.44 i did not add a tip to it i gave our server a cash tip of $12 and now i had to dispute the charge with my bank. so food is marginal, service is terrible and servers will apparently add there own tip to your check after you have signed.

Lots of wierd people hang out there. Makes you feel uncomfortable walking though the parking lot at nights.
The servers there are slow and will only serve you if they know you. Oh well.

I travel extensively and eat out on a regular basis (tenured professor) so I can honestly say this has been the worst bar and grill I have ever been to.

Why? Read on.

Horrible customer service; a simple food order took over 2 hours (all of the other groups at our shared table got their food quickly enough within 15-20 mins of ordering), and they did not have the decencey to reduce the bill or comp the ($35.00) order.

Waitresses are crude and defensive (she picked a fight when I simply asked about my order after waiting the first hour).

The manager was a total bozo (trying to charge for food that was sent back) and completely unapologetic about our experience there at the end of the night; he proudly retorted that they were not a member of the B.B. Bureau.

After my first (and last) visit there, I can see why.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to put up with sub-par food, crummy wait-staff and a place that is obviously not interested in repeat business or fair treatment towards their clientele.

This place is lots of fun! They have pool tables, snack bars with great food, arcade games, and more. Every thursday they offer free texas hold'em poker games, no money involved but it can be lots of fun. My boyfriend and I can always agree on comming here because we both have fun.
