I love Horrocks, I can get good corn on the cob there all winter. I buy all my rosses there (for the ladies). Good meat, great beer and wine selections. I have to spend a bit more, but the quality makes it worth it!

i love horrocks! i've been going there for about 5 years. there are a couple things though, the staff in the front of the house suck, the staff in the back... stockers and so on are nice and helpful! love them! best coffee in the world lovvvvve it! prices went up a bit but only a little more then aldi prices on fruit and veggies.And don't buy the meat i know one person that got very sick off a lunchable and i bought 4 steaks out of date..not good. plus if you need to bring something back ... like out of date meat even with the reciept they treat you like a criminal. so great if you dont have a problem or you don't have to talk to cashiers or front of house staff.

Best and freshest produce.....most locally grown. They have everything from apples to spices and dried herbs. Awesome cheese selection as well as snack foods section. FREE coffee with a multitude of creams, sugars, syrups to try. Parking has improved as well; lot was resurfaced and repainted!‎

There is nothing else like this in Lansing. This is what our disappointing city market should strive for. Great atmosphere, huge selection, interesting choices, local produce, awesome garden center and best of all CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!‎
