great!‎
I have been going to Dr. Hong since I moved to Tampa 7 years ago. He is a very thorough and caring veterinarian. He also tries to make his prices reasonable. You can tell he is much more about the welfare of the animals than about making money off of you. To the person who had a bad experience, not sure why that happened. I will say the office does tend to have a little bit of a laid back feel, which I think makes it feel very personal. You must have caught them on a bad day, but I have to say they are great there!‎

Iffy
I recently brought the infant stray kitten I found in for a check up and was extremely disappointed with the service. I had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone even noticed I was in the office (I had called prior and said I would be in in 20 minutes) and even rang the bell in the front, to no avail. The only way someone ended up coming out to have me start filling out forms was when a second person came in for an appointment and actually called the office so someone would come out to answer the phone. That is pretty absurd. Secondly, the kitten I brought in was only 4-5 days old, so it in no way can take care of itself. The vet barely gave me any instructions on how to take care of it and neglected to inform me of major things I need to do to help it survive (i.e., I did not know, as most people dont, that an infant kitten cannot go to the bathroom on its own and you have to take a moist cotton ball to coerce anything to come out--HUGELY IMPORTANT!). The vet spent no more than 2 ...
